Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture and its architects in Marbella are developing an innovative project under the sustainable luxury paradigm in La Montua, Marbella, Costa del Sol.

The project developed by the González & Jacobson architecture studio and its architects in Marbella, spans a 50,916 m2 plot with a total buildable area of 23,703 m21.

During the design process the architects in Marbella, distributes the project across six plots with various blocks, including 130 two- and three-bedroom apartments on upper floors, with parking spaces in basements and ground floors. The apartments feature different typologies based on their location, number of rooms, square footage, and other characteristics.

The area’s unique topography allows for the creation of distinctive, vibrant spaces. CORDIA’s design leaves no detail unattended, resulting in a place with its own identity.
