We present the delivery of the Basic Project for the multi-family residential complex Vanian Gardens Phase IV, for the developer AEDAS Homes. Vanian has been consolidating as a residential complex in the area, adding another building to its existing structures.

The project is located in Torrevigía, Estepona, and comprises 6 blocks totalling 83 homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms and terraces, along with parking spaces, storage rooms, and a communal pool.

The basic project will be used to apply for the Building Permit.
