At Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, we developed a new design study for a luxury villa located in the exclusive La Zagaleta urbanization in Benahavís, Malaga.

The architects’ work in Marbella focuses on the design of a white spiral staircase, which begins on the ground floor and connects to the solarium terrace, becoming a sculptural element within the home.

The study also includes various construction details of the solarium, including:

• Section of the two integrated planters
• Design of extraction chimneys with white grilles integrated into the facade
• Volumetric scheme of parapets and railings

In addition, design ideas for a jacuzzi on the solarium terrace are explored, seeking to integrate the various exterior elements with the architecture of the house.
