Until May 17, the ICO Museum in Madrid presents the exhibition “Export. Spanish architecture abroad”, with the aim of showing a current overview of what it means to practice architecture outside our borders.
The exhibition takes a tour of emblematic works of Spanish architecture abroad, prior to 2002, and also gives prominence, -in the words of Edgar González, curator of the exhibition-, “a generation of Spanish professionals who are building their first work, or working in cooperation, or simply, in the shadow of large international offices”.
