Cogitari Homes’ GATE 3 project, designed by Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture in La Quinta, Marbella, is an exclusive gated community of three luxury villas. Ideally situated between the Mediterranean Sea and La Concha Mountain, GATE 3 boasts exceptional views and tranquil natural surroundings.

Construction at GATE 3 is advancing rapidly. The site for the three villas, divided into plots (v30, v31, v33) of 1160-1210m2 with 497-640m2 builds, has been cleared. A crane has been installed to service all three homes, alongside an autonomous generator for on-site power.

Site offices for technical staff and workers are in place, ready for project management and supervision.

With earthworks and levelling complete, foundation trenches are being excavated and initial concrete poured as a base for footings and pillars.
