Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, together with Cogitari Homes, is developing an architectural project for a luxury home with a pool in Nueva Andalucia, C. Alcala 4, Marbella, Malaga.

In a privileged location, surrounded by golf courses and all kinds of amenities, not far from the beach, the villa’s design is underway. The plot measures 1,458 m2 and a covered villa of 867 m2 is planned. A contemporary villa that takes into account every detail and space. Spaces for daily activities include 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, as well as entertainment areas, a spa, and a gym.
