Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture designs and presents initial concepts for the development of a rooftop terrace at a restaurant in Los Arqueros Golf, Benahavis, Malaga.

The chosen decor embodies a warm and elegant restaurant atmosphere, creating a welcoming space for drinks and gatherings—a place where guests can feel at ease.

A neutral aesthetic and colour palette have been selected, featuring beige tones, a dark ceiling, and natural materials.

This project showcases a blend of materials and colours. Wood plays a prominent role in the walls, flooring, and furnishings, with wall benches featuring upholstered beige leather seating and natural fibre details. This approach fosters a pleasant and inviting environment to enjoy the views, ambience, and culinary delights.

Ornamental plants will be incorporated into the ceiling to enhance freshness. The flooring will consist of large-format grey tiles with strips of natural wood, also used decoratively on some walls. Versatile niches will display decorative objects, providing light and depth or serving as planters—ideal complements to enhance the decor’s impact.

A glass skylight is proposed above the staircase.
