González & Jacobson Arquitectura designs IPANEMA for Kronos Homes, an avant-garde residential complex in La Cala de Mijas in which the splendour of the Brazilian resorts is recovered and adapted to the Costa del Sol.
The lines go from the paper to the ground.

The Málaga-based architecture firm has maximized IPANEMA’s exceptional location. From its 140 two- and three-bedroom residences, residents can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountains, with optimal natural light and sunlight exposure thanks to the building’s thoughtful orientation.

Using color in the graphic representation of the design is an excellent way to convey details and serves as a valuable tool for on-site work.

Work on the first phase of Ipanema began last year and we leave you with images of the first steps and works on the ground.
