Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture is executing works at Ipanema, a Brazilian-inspired residential complex in Mijas, Malaga.

The following works have been carried out as part of the execution of the works, of which we leave you reference images.

• Interior road with completed drainage trenches and initial landscaping, including palm trees.

• View from Block 6 to Phase 1 road, with visible path from the pool.

• Pool basins and deck slabs constructed.

• Verification of proper asphalt membrane installation on housing enclosure walls.

• Housing access portal with installed metalwork, testing dark grey colour.

• Climate control distribution in housing corridors, verified by collaborating engineers.
• Completed garden area in Phase 1 technical floor, serving as a reference for other units.
• Block 1 with painting progress.

Significant work remains, but progress is evident.
