Ipanema, designed by Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, advances in construction. As weeks pass, it takes more shape and colour.

Located in La Cala de Mijas, Ipanema reinterprets the exclusivity of Brazil’s finest architecture. Its design and gardens elevate the residential concept to its highest expression.

Two and three-bedroom homes, spacious and bright areas, large terraces, attention to surroundings, and artistic sensitivity are among the aspects that define Gonzalez & Jacobson’s architectural vision.

We present some of Ipanema’s progress:

• Blocks 1 and 2 from the pool platform are in an advanced painting stage. Opposite, Block 4 above the pool platform has completed both adult and children’s pools.

• Staircase enclosure structure installed.

• Lower part of outdoor pool with well-arranged piping and interior finish.
• Road layout refined to address level differences with landscaping.
• Riprap wall construction in the development to maintain suitable slopes in gardens according to geological reports.

• Basement works in Block 4, beginning installation of ventilation, sanitation, and fire protection systems.

• Block 2 painting works.
