Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture presents the pergola permeability justification plan and the footprint of the house and landscaping for the Basic Project of a Residential Complex of 8 Single-Family Homes and Swimming Pools on 8 Independent Plots in Brisas del Golf, Nueva Andalucia, Marbella.
The key elements in the presentation of these plans for said architectural project are indicated as follows:
- Location and detailed views of the pergola, justifying its openness, including perimeter beams, joists, openings, etc., and dimensioning these elements.
- The footprint above and below ground level of the house, as well as private or public streets and green areas. A second plan shows the roof, which, in addition to the above, distinguishes and justifies the green areas above the slab and those above ground. Justification in both cases is provided according to the coefficients and percentages.
The following objectives are outlined:
- The importance of including, as part of the building permit justification, the openness of each of the pergolas in the project, considering both the area occupied by the dwelling and the unoccupied area, which must be at least 50% of the above-ground footprint, designated for landscaping or trees, according to the applicable regulations.
The Gonzalez & Jacobson architecture studio accompanies its clients through every step of the construction process, from the initial design to its completion. A team of professionals with a PASSION for ARCHITECTURE.
