Vanian Gardens, designed by Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture with their Architects in Estepona and Aedas Homes, is a new development created to maximise Mediterranean living in a unique setting with all modern conveniences. It offers harmonious, contemporary homes filled with light and detail, featuring spectacular communal areas and gardens.

Located just 5 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus, this area is now considered the new Golden Mile Estepona. It’s surrounded by nature, schools, hospitals, golf courses, and all necessary amenities.

Vanian Gardens comprises several phases, with some already completed. The third and penultimate phase of 49 homes is well underway, with construction details shared across various posts, including this one.
