The plans presented refer to this type of large-scale housing, on significantly sized plots. The characteristics of the house shown in the plans are discussed.
The house consists of a basement level, a ground floor, and an upper floor, in addition to a basement technical area next to the lower pool. There will be three entrances: one located on the northeast boundary of the plot, consisting of a pedestrian and vehicular access leading to a driveway with two parking areas; a second vehicular and pedestrian access located on the north boundary of the plot, connecting to the driveway and garage for the technical rooms; and a third vehicular access located on the southwest boundary of the plot, connecting to the garage beneath the technical rooms.

Ground floor:
This level features a main entrance hall with an elevator to the right and a stairwell to the left. Opposite the entrance hall is a living room occupying the entire central area, a TV room, an office, and the dining room. This area will have direct access to the exterior, where a swimming pool with an outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi will be located.
