Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture has achieved the BREEAM certification for the OLIVOS Phase 3 development of Real de la Quinta, receiving a remarkable rating of VERY GOOD.

We are pleased to share with you the final BREEAM*ES certificate for OLIVOS Phase 3, a goal we had set from the beginning and worked hard to accomplish.

Los Olivos is a residential complex of apartments located within Real de la Quinta, nestled in the idyllic mountain slopes of Marbella-Benahavis. The apartments in the Olivos development combine nature, tradition, and modern design.

Sustainability and environmental respect are the foundations of Los Olivos. Obtaining the BREEAM certification, awarded by the world’s leading authority in sustainability assessment, highlights the commitment and excellence demonstrated in every activity and in the execution of the works within this urban development.

BREEAM, applied in over 70 countries, is a global standard for assessing construction projects with regard to ecological and social responsibility. From water and energy use to urban mobility, recycling, local suppliers, landscaping, and the protection of local flora and fauna, the BREEAM seal signifies a commitment to safeguarding the future.
