Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture´s firm is developing a site study for luxury villas at Pinares de San Antón in Malaga for Cogitari Homes.

Pinares de San Anton comprises 13 luxury villas located in one of Málaga’s most prestigious areas, noted for their elegant character and exclusive location.

With plots ranging from 920 m² and villas between 300 and 360 square metres, these spacious four- to five-bedroom villas feature en-suite bathrooms, open-plan living areas, and fully equipped kitchens with direct access to the impressive outdoor terrace area and pool deck. Among the 13 luxuty villas, Villa No. 5 boasts a large plot of 2,450 m² and a built area of 512.41 m².

Pinares de San Anton is an exquisite collection of contemporary south-facing luxury villas with large open terraces and covered pergolas.
