We begin the presentation of a new preliminary project in which the Gonzalez & Jacobson design team is working.
These are 10 “townhouses” in the heart of the Golf Valley, Nueva Andalucia. On a plot of 9,900 m2, and a buildable index of 0.3 m2t / m2s, the homes are divided into three blocks of 3 + 3 + 4 villas to optimize the free space of the plot, for common use.
In the same way, the situation of each residential element has been studied taking into account the slope of the land, in such a way that road and pedestrian access is facilitated, complying at all times with the applicable regulations, while achieving the best views arranging these blocks facing south, southwest.
