In the municipality of Benahavís, a few minutes from Marbella, is the plot on which González & Jacobson Architecture has been commissioned to design a set of high standing villas.
Irregular in shape, the plot has a wide road frontage to the east, and a steep slope from east to west.
Thus, the access to the houses is proposed according to the slope at each point of the terrain, so that in some cases access is via the ground floor or second floor and in others it is accessed at first floor level, always adapting to the terrain.
