The plot on which this house is developed in the Cala Resort, has an area of close to 1,500 m2 and a difference in level from west to east of about 4 m, with two streets facing these boundaries and residential plots to the north and south. . An intermediate level platform has been designed on which the main building, the parking lot and the swimming pool sit, adapting the rest to the natural slope, whose landscaping will also be handled by our design team.
The program of the house is simple and is developed on two levels with about 200 m2 built: the very open ground floor contains the hall, living room, dining room and kitchen in a single space; The upper floor is divided into three bedrooms, the main one with an en-suite bathroom.
