Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture presents initial sketches for the renovation of an Andalusian-style villa in El Paraiso, Estepona.
The aim of this design and renovation project is to maintain the traditional architecture of the Costa del Sol, Malaga. It will be splendid to restore details and reinforce the characteristics and charm of Andalusian architecture in this spectacular single-family home.
Two options have been proposed:
One involves using a basement bedroom with access from the garden.
The other option consists of constructing beneath the pergola-covered terrace that leads to the kitchen (with direct access via a garage ramp, below ground level).
Work continues on the project until the final presentation is achieved.
