Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, along with other professionals in the field, has been developing this project: an exquisite collection of 13 luxury villas in Pinares de San Antón, Malaga, Andalusia. They stand out for their spectacular contemporary architectural design, elegance, and privileged south-facing location.

Of this group of 13 single-family homes with swimming pools, villa number 7 is designed as a show home.

This luxury villa features four bedrooms and is spread over three levels (basement, ground floor, and upper floor). Nestled on a hillside, it offers stunning views of the city of Málaga and the sea from its elevated position. For this reason, access is via the rooftop.

The finishing touches are being completed inside, while the exterior painting is underway. It is being prepared for its presentation at an event, which includes interior design, decoration, and furniture by collaborators Any Architects. The villa has now taken on its practically final exterior appearance.

Different colours (white, sand, and chocolate brown) are used along with sections of plaster with a textured finish, which accentuate the characteristic volumetric design of the architectural and interior design project, shaping its contemporary image.

The interaction between the different materials, finishes, and structures, such as the gabion retaining walls, the landscaped areas, and the natural terrain of the plot itself, has been considered in every aspect.

The infinity pool is a standout feature, a near-essential addition given the excellent climate of the Costa del Sol, Málaga, and the project’s privileged views.
