The sketch freely expresses creativity beyond the reality of dimensions. They are the expressions of the first ideas.
On a plot that dominates the landscape, the layout of the different rooms exploits the orientation and views of a privileged environment, aspects that the González & Jacobson Architecture Studio considers for the preliminary development of ideas for the design of a luxury villa modern in Cala de Mijas, Malaga.
As in many of our projects, great importance is given to arriving at the house as a ceremonial reception space, although with controlled visuals towards the interior, to later open up to the landscape.
