Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture is nearing the execution project phase for a Luxury Villa in Marbella in El Rosario urbanisation. The Luxury Villa boasts spectacular sea views due to its orientation within the plot.

Following the basic project’s approval, González & Jacobson is now initiating the execution project phase. This involves BIM modelling of the entire architecture and the structure provided by structural engineers. This approach allows for cross-checking design consistency and avoiding future on-site issues.

Attached are 3D model images and snapshots of the Luxury Villa’s development. A comparison of structural (in red) and architectural models highlights differences to be resolved before construction begins. Updated plot plans are included.
