Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture designs the security booth for The View of the World II in La Arboleda, Benahavis, Malaga, and presents progress on vertical access to the 58-unit residential development with swimming pool.

The attached images show plans, sections, and volumetric distributions of main access points to the development, located on primary streets, leading to common areas.

These two spaces serve as the entrance to the modern architectural residential complex, providing pedestrian access to homes and communal areas such as the pool, meditation space, and gym.

The View in Benahavis security booth and gate entrance function as a calling card, and first impression of the architecture within. Their design must harmonise with the overall buildings and appeal to residents and visitors, whilst fulfilling essential security, accessibility, and access control functions.
