We present the preliminary project that González & Jacobson Arquitectura is developing in Estepona for the construction of 4 isolated multi-family buildings in a closed area, with a swimming pool and gardens.
It consists of 42 homes with two and three bedrooms in blocks with a ground floor plus two floors on a plot of almost 16,000 m2. The buildings are located with a southwest and southeast orientation, surrounding a large central space for recreation. Road access to the parking level is through the outer perimeter, taking advantage of the unevenness of the terrain.
The image of the whole is the faithful reflection of a careful distribution on the floor that we will show you soon, and that synthesizes the contemporary and timeless character that defines this development.
