The houses, in semi-detached or semi-detached typology and two heights above ground, are immersed in the landscape, with which they are integrated, through the use of natural materials such as stone, or landscaped roofs. In this way, the visual impact is minimal, while the interior insulation conditions are improved and energy consumption is reduced.
The types of housing proposed are adapted to the various needs of users, offering the possibility of evolving, all through the design of open spaces on the day floors, or with mobile partitions that allow compartmentalization if necessary.
