Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture and their architects in Estepona presents a preliminary project for a residential complex comprising 14 luxury villas with pools in Bel-Air urbanization, Estepona, Malaga.
We enclose the site plan for the 14 luxury villas in Estepona. Each has an adequately sized plot for daily activities. Their placement within the site considers orientation, sun exposure, and optimal views for each unit.
These site proposals offer various options for the number of luxury villas units to be built on the land, always adhering to legal parameters and buildability regulations. Despite permitted density, the idea is not to overload or saturate the space with structures. The ideal is to maintain a balance between green and recreational areas and buildable space.
