Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture creates a design concept for four terraced houses with pools on two contiguous plots in Marbesa, Marbella, Malaga.
The combined area of plots 441 and 446 totals 2,371 m², divided into sub-plots:
V1: 564.94 m², V2: 470.03 m², V3: 476.13 m², V4: 533.31 m²
Each terraced house will feature a basement, ground floor, first floor, and solarium.
Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture studio is located in Las Chapas, Marbella. This space is dedicated to architecture and creating projects that serve people whilst transforming and improving the lives of inhabitants and their environment.
