Quercus at Real de la Quinta, designed by Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, is now complete, with the first properties being registered and occupied by their new owners.

This architectural project in Benahavis, Costa del Sol, Malaga, comprises 31 residences spread across six buildings within a private community connected by pathways, plazas, and green spaces where tranquillity and relaxation are part of everyday life.

With the landscaping work finished, the architecture of the buildings can be appreciated more harmoniously and aesthetically, blending the use of various materials.

Developed using BIM methodology, the project has met its initial forecasts from three years ago with remarkable accuracy. The use of BIM has significantly reduced the number of issues, resulting in an optimal construction process that anticipates potential problems during execution.

Quercus is now a reality—a unique residential complex with an innovative concept. It offers a new way of living that is efficient and fully integrated with nature.
