Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture is currently executing various architectural projects on the Costa del Sol, Malaga, with construction progressing steadily.

With extensive experience, the architecture firm develops and manages all types of projects, overseeing every stage from design to construction.

Here are updates on their architectural projects for November:

• Three Detached Single-Family Homes with Pools in El Horno de La Miera, Benahavis (Malaga):

Villa B: Bracing slab completed, formwork for ground floor slab underway.

Outside this villa’s wall, we have completed the compacted fill for the pool base. We are verifying the stability of the pool’s outer wall before proceeding with its foundation.

In the image, we can see the status of Villa A: the foundation and basement walls are fully completed. The worker, following the instructions of the project management team, is applying Sika MonoTop 4200 Multi Flow mortar to the surfaces, ensuring the waterproofing of the structure.

• • 60-Unit Residential Complex with Pools in “El Carvajal”, Fuengirola (Malaga):

  Block 1: Pile caps prepared; foundation excavation nearly complete.

Block 3: Basement level bracing slab reinforcement and phased concreting begun.

In Block 1 we will soon finish the excavation. In the image we can see the backhoe creating the foundation footing pits for this area of ​​the construction. We have already finished the piling of the work.

Eco-wall inspection completed, landscaping to commence soon.
