Regular meetings between clients and Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture team of professionals are essential for maintaining project fluidity and defining all aspects of the architectural process, including progress and potential modifications.
This time, the focus is on the changes and details made to the three homes in the Prestige Lomas de Marbella Club project in Malaga.
The modifications arose from a meeting between Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture and the client, who requested specific changes based on one of the villas. These alterations are applicable to all three properties: exterior materials, removal of rooftop pools, elimination of Venetian blinds, terrain modifications, and more.
Once the changes were implemented in the models—while retaining one model with its original appearance for potential revisions—a volumetric comparison was presented to the client for a clear visual understanding of the modifications.
This approach allows for quick feedback before finalising the models for rendering, giving the client an opportunity to voice any concerns or additional comments.
This workflow saves time by applying necessary modifications until the final version is fully confirmed by the client. Only then will the models be sent to the renderers for updates. Subsequently, the architecture studio will redesign the necessary plans to reflect all changes.
Collaboration among all participants in a project is vital for its success and development. Decisions, ideas, modifications, and requests must consider each party’s input, ensuring that every aspect receives appropriate attention.
