In Estepona, a city increasingly sought after for its many attractions, Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, together with the real estate developer Aedas Homes, is developing the fourth phase of Vanian Gardens.

The Mediterranean climate of the Costa del Sol, almost perfect year-round, allows construction to progress smoothly and under ideal conditions.

The Vanian Garden 4 residential complex in Estepona, Selwo, is a contemporary resort project. It is designed to offer comfort and quality of life to its residents, with meticulous design and spaces conceived for well-being.
