Located in the SELWO area, on the Costa del Sol’s new Golden Mile, Vanian boasts modern architecture that emphasises design, comfort, and innovation, embracing a Mediterranean lifestyle that respects the environment.
Construction at Vanian III is progressing steadily. The shared images demonstrate its advancement:
- Waterproofing of the Spa’s green roof is underway, while interior partitions are being installed.
- Masonry work on Block 17 using a prefabricated system is advancing, along with ongoing installations. Drainage systems are being lined for acoustic purposes.
