González & Jacobson Architecture, firm based in Marbella, takes us to a tour through the progress of two of their contemporary architecture projects in Estepona: Vanian IV – Aedas Homes and Marine Hills by Grupo TM.
Both residential complexes, located on the New Golden Mile and designed by the architecture firm, reflect a vision conceived to adapt to the Mediterranean lifestyle, the needs of today’s buyer, and the demands of developers and investors. Design, comfort, spaciousness, and a connection with the surroundings combine in these residential proposals that embrace a contemporary and functional aesthetic.
