Vista Lago is situated in a dream location at Real de La Quinta, Benahavis, Malaga. This 200-hectare estate, nestled on the mountainside, hosts this new residential complex where nature and modernity coexist in perfect harmony.

Designed by Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, VISTA LAGO is not only visually striking but also an engineering marvel. To ensure the structures are built on stable ground, capable of supporting the loads, meticulous groundwork and reinforcement are essential. This objective is currently underway during the micropiling execution phase, along with screen reinforcement, etc.  Attached images as reference.

The image shows the micropiling work for the foundation of one of the villas. In the background, next to the tower crane, you can see the stepped area where the external staircase of the adjacent villa will be constructed. Prior to this execution, a detailed study of the staircase’s development and phasing was conducted.

Building for today without jeopardising tomorrow is a core value of this project. The design evaluation results in sustainable homes that enhance residents’ well-being, help protect natural resources, and represent a more attractive real estate investment.
