Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture is managing several projects on the Costa del Sol, Malaga, ranging from single-family homes to residential complexes. Each project has its own charm, features, and requirements, and is at a specific stage of the architectural construction process.

Here’s a look at the construction progress for October:

Execution Phase of 17 Single-Family Homes with Pools in VISTA LAGO Urbanization, El Real de la Quinta, Benahavis (Malaga):

Upon completing the deep foundation micropile execution for one villa, the welder is attaching connectors to the pile caps.

After welding the connectors, lost formwork with brickwork is constructed to contain the concrete for the pile caps.

  • Execution Phase of Three Detached Single-Family Homes with Pools in El Horno de La Miera, Benahavis (Malaga):

One villa is in the foundation concreting phase. After reinforcing the footings for basement walls and pillars, concreting proceeds as inspections are completed.

In another villa, where wall reinforcement is already in place, formwork and concreting are underway.

  • Execution Phase of a Residential Complex with 60 Homes and Pools in “El Carvajal,” Fuengirola (Malaga):

The building piloting has been completed, with Block 1 being the last. The excavation for pile caps begins, and piles are being trimmed.

Cleaning concrete is being poured at the bottom of the well. Reinforcement for pile caps in Blocks 2 and 3 is being executed by steel fixers. Only pool piloting remains, as seen in the background of the image, and it is expected to be completed this week.
