Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture is currently in the construction phase of three detached single-family homes with pools at El Horno de La Miera, Benahavis, Malaga.

Once the basic project is agreed upon by both parties (client and architect), Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture prepares the descriptive and construction report. This document outlines the general aspects and features of the project. Additional documents, plans, and permits, along with the execution project detailing structural elements, insulation, installations, materials, etc., are submitted to local councils and other entities. The process awaits necessary permits to commence construction.

Here are images from the initial phases of constructing the three homes in Benahavis, Costa del Sol.

After completing the basement walls and pillars, sanitation work begins. The image shows the installation of the underground drainage network for one villa, with PVC pipes and downspout connectors laid on a sand bed connecting to the external network of the house.
