The architectural studio of Gonzalez & Jacobson in Marbella, together with Gogitari Homes, have created the perfect symbiosis to develop the design project for a detached single-family home with a pool on plot H-15 in the Coto La Zagaleta development, in Benahavis, Malaga.

This type of architectural project unleashes creativity in the design, following the client’s requirements and needs.

The contemporary architecture of the home consists of two floors above ground and one below ground level, with the main entrance on the ground floor located on its east facade. The ground floor features a main hall with an elevator to the right, a staircase to the left, and a large area in front with a living-dining room-kitchen, a TV room, and an office. This area will have direct access to the exterior, where a swimming pool will be located, with an outdoor lounge and kitchen to the left, and an outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi to the right.

The east wing of the building will house a guest toilet, a bedroom with its own bathroom, and the west wing will house a kitchen with a cold storage room and a pantry.

Outside the home (southeast facade), there will be a covered parking area with a car lift descending to the basement parking lot.

There will be outdoor restrooms in the east wing. An open-air cinema will be located at the southwest corner of the plot. Upstairs, there will be four bedrooms: a master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room in the west wing, and three remaining bedrooms with their respective bathrooms in the east wing.

The basement will include a large parking area located in the east wing, which will also house a golf simulator, a spa area with a gym and indoor pool, an entertainment area with a games room, wine cellar, poker room, video games, and a home theatre; and two machine rooms, a storage room, and a laundry room.

This villa undoubtedly represents the contemporary architecture of luxury villas on the Costa del Sol: spacious spaces, large windows that connect the interior with the exterior, innovative and high-quality materials, the integration of advanced technology, spectacularly designed pools, and, above all, a holistic design that connects with nature.
