The Marbella-based architecture firm Gonzalez & Jacobson has developed a comprehensive signage design proposal for the Beyond residential project, conceived as a fundamental element of the complex’s identity and visual coherence.
The signage proposal aims to represent the cooperative image of the residential complex through a unified typographic system applied to apartment identification, floor names, parking space signage, and building numbering. The design has been conceived as an integrated part of the project’s architectural language, reinforcing its contemporary character and facilitating wayfinding and navigation within the spaces.

To align with the architectural style of the buildings and the project’s aesthetic criteria, Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture presented several design options, differentiated by their finishes and technical solutions, all aligned with a contemporary and elegant aesthetic:
- Die-cut matte aluminum.
- Die-cut signage with backlighting.
- Metal box in a dark gray finish, die-cut and backlit.
The various options allow for evaluating the visual impact, architectural integration, and daytime and night-time visibility, ensuring a final solution consistent with the identity of the residential complex in Málaga, the Costa del Sol.
