The Marbella-based architecture firm Gonzalez & Jacobson presents new developments in the construction of a contemporary luxury villa located in Cerro Artola, Benahavis, Malaga.

The recent renderings showcase the project’s development process, highlighting the before and after of key areas such as the villa’s main facade, the living room, the spa, and the entertainment area. These spaces reflect the evolution of the architectural design from its conceptual phase to its gradual realization on-site.

Furthermore, the plan for the exterior staircase, the connection of the house with the sports area and the current state of the work are shown.

The project is notable for its carefully considered volumetric composition, the integration of spacious interiors and wellness areas, and its connection to the natural environment, incorporating contemporary design principles focused on functionality, natural light, and a harmonious relationship with the landscape.
