The architecture studio González & Jacobson, based in Marbella, presents the preliminary design for a contemporary single-family home in La Cala de Mijas, Malaga.
The proposal is developed on a 1,500 m² plot, previously analysed through a topographic survey, allowing for an optimal integration of the building within the site.
The villa is organized across three levels—basement, ground floor, and upper floor—each designed to accommodate different functions and living spaces, combining functionality and comfort.
The project is complemented by a swimming pool and various outdoor common areas intended for leisure and enjoyment, all seamlessly integrated into the overall architectural concept.
