The Marbella-based architecture firm González & Jacobson Architecture continues to make progress on the construction of Alcalá 4, an exclusive detached single-family home with a swimming pool and contemporary architecture.

This luxury residential project, developed in collaboration with Cogitari Homes, is under continuous supervision, guaranteeing the highest quality standards while maintaining the contemporary essence that characterizes the project. The progress reflects González & Jacobson Architecture commitment to excellence, innovation, and the development of exclusive homes on the Costa del Sol.

The attached images show progress on:

1. General view of the construction status.  Resolving a question regarding the formwork for the stairwell.

2. View taken during the layout review; technical architects verified that the location of the drainage connections is as planned and required.

3. View of the lower level of the pool. The wall thickness around the entire perimeter is 30 cm and must accommodate the three skimmers. To prevent grains from forming on the wall, we will create a planter to conceal them. The architectural firm provided instructions on-site regarding how this should be done.
