We start the season with the presentation of a project that we have been immersed in for a few months and that takes the González & Jacobson Arquitectura team to Nigeria, the most populous country in Africa, located on the western coast, in the Gulf of Guinea, and a one of the fastest growing world economies thanks to its significant oil and natural gas reserves.

It is a residential complex of 21 luxury homes in an area of ​​more than 10 hectares, located in Lagos, the economic engine and the main city of Nigeria, with more than 8 million inhabitants. Lagos is a modern city, with an important port, and was the capital until 1976.

Our clients, who have been familiar with G&J architecture for a long time, want to make this urbanization an innovative product in the area, providing it with all the comforts and security measures, an oasis in the middle of the big city, with wide extensions of free areas. and its own leisure facilities, following a traditional aesthetic.

Today we present the preliminary design concept, with the corresponding studies that we have carried out for the subsequent development of landscaping and urban facilities.
